Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Investment Specialist to join our AFFLUENT-Investment Counselors team. The specialist will provide tailored investment advice and strategies to affluent clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.

As an Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Your role will involve understanding their unique financial needs and offering customized investment solutions. You will collaborate with a team of experts to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, ensuring our clients' wealth is managed effectively.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and create personalized investment plans for affluent clients.
• Stay updated with market trends and economic indicators to provide timely and accurate investment advice.
• Build and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and establish long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with other investment counselors and experts to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, making adjustments as needed to align with their financial goals.
• Provide regular performance reports and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and adhere to ethical standards in financial advice.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest investment opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment avenues for clients.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment counseling or a similar role, preferably in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and economic principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software for portfolio management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• A valid license or certification in investment counseling or financial planning is an advantage.
