Job Summary

This position will work closely with Key Account Managers in Direct Trade team by ensuring executional excellence to help build and deliver on the Modern Trade growth agenda

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • To Achieve customer level Quarter on Quarter Overall Sales and Net Sales Value. To increase CP penetration across all customers

  • To have a continuous engagement with the customers. To drive JBP and T2T engagement. To develop a joint scorecards for customers and publishing it in a timely manner to trigger actions that impact business.

  • To share monthly promo grid, managing customer claims and processing them in a timely manner

  • Ensuring all the 6P’s are implemented as aligned in the quarterly Grids including Promotions , activations, Content, pricing, visibility implementation

  • Analysing offtake data  and Focus brand Vs. IDT and sharing and implementing recommendations. Exploring Smile Plus assortment and sharing recommendation wrt to implementation  

  • Ensure central alignment & field execution for OSA and Asset compliance score

  • Owning Customer level Commercial business planning(CBP) and stock connectivity to ensure fill rates. To closely work with CS&L team to increase PO TAT

Requirements

  • MBA/ BBA in Marketing with 1-3 yrs experience in Modern Trade or Account Management

  • Must have experience with an FMCG organization

  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite (must have skills in Excel and Ppt)

  • Logical reasoning Skills

  • Good Communication Skills (written & oral)

  • Fluent in English, Hindi. Any other regional language is a plus.
