Lead Special Projects - EV & CNG

Job Purpose:

The role holder will lead CNG/EV/ALPG/CBG implementation under the Head – Special Projects by:

  • Developing effective business models, policies, and processes.
  • Leading technical interventions and strategic tie-ups.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders i.e Taxation, Legal & Compliance for agreement closure
  • Acting as custodian of KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for all alternate energy business.
  • Driving business growth, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization through strategic partnerships and execution of projects.

 

 

Developing Alternate Energy Retailing Models

  • Align models with marketing expansion plans and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct industry analysis and explore new market opportunities.
  • Categorize network and recommend strategies for business involving third-party investments.
  • Understand regulations and statutes to align rollouts and consolidation.
  • Study feasibility and coordinate for internal and external approvals.

 

Network Creation & Sales Objectives

  • Plan and coordinate with field sales force for network creation and achieving sales objectives at individual retail outlets.
  • Guide and assist zones/divisions in screening opportunities, onboarding, piloting, and rollouts.

  • Track, analyze, and evaluate margin optimization variables and opportunities.

 

Rollout & Consolidation

  • Coordinate with EPC, partnering entities, and marketing teams to establish project charters and costs for facility implementation and branding.
  • Develop SOPs, controls, and monitoring templates for rollout and consolidation phases.
  • Provide backup support to ensure achievement of financial and compliance objectives.

 

Term Sheet Approvals & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Prepare term sheets for Capex and Opex budgets for stakeholder approvals and vendor onboarding.

 

Compliance & Industry Trends

  • Stay abreast of statutory norms and industry trends.
  • Engage with retail and support teams for effective workgroup management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and statutory bodies for aligned rollout and management.

 

Negotiations & Partnerships

  • Initiate and advance negotiations with partnering firms.
  • Build proposals for mandates to close opportunities.
  • Stay aware of competitive scenarios and business economics to negotiate effectively.

 

Postgraduate in Marketing Management from a reputed institution.
