We’re looking for a talented creative to join the Creative Services team in Mumbai to support the Marsh BCS function. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Role: Lead Specialist - Digital Media & Graphic Design

Location : Mumbai

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate closely with the BCS function to develop collateral for key stakeholders—internal teams and external clients—ensuring designs communicate effectively to the intended audience.

• Preferring candidates with experience partnering with senior leaders to shape messaging and storytelling for strategy presentations; well-versed designing for digital experiences or AI strategies is a plus. You will work top down with leaders to understand business priorities and value propositions, then standardize collateral accordingly.

• Support digital strategy leaders and executives by designing marketing materials, client presentations, townhall decks, sales pitches, and event collateral that are both functional and visually engaging.

• Balance creative ideation with timely delivery while consistently applying corporate brand standards.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a client centric mindset; be adaptable and able to switch between projects to meet changing business priorities.

What you need to have:

• A graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts / Applied Arts.

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a design team within a corporate environment.

• Possess prior experience of working in consulting / digital technology / financial services / e-commerce set ups, with the agile ability to keep pace with a dynamic corporate environment.

• Experience working on corporate presentations, RFP documents, email communications / Newsletters, data dashboards for leadership reviews, keynote event presentations etc.MS Office Proficiency

• Expectation on Document Production will extend beyond basic DTP formatting, to a more extensive design transformation of content starting with basic understanding of business concepts on MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Print design experience across outputs of different types like brochures, thought leadership reports, posters, newsletters, adverts, interactive document production, stand-alone infographics, corporate emailers, content for digital colleague and client experience etc.

• Prior experience in creating data visualizations through dashboards, to present operational MI for leadership reviews will be beneficial for the role.

• Data Visualization - Ability to assimilate business content and convert it into infographics.

• Strong foundational knowledge of typography, branding, print production techniques and industry best practices.

• Communication Skills - be able articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels both verbally and in writing

Eligibility

• Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Specialist (C2)/Lead Specialist(D1)

• Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.

• Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan or had any official disciplinary action within the last 3 months.

• Should not have applied for any other IJP in the last 3 months

• Video production/motion graphics experience - Knowledge of software such as:

• Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing Software (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate), to add music, graphics, animation, and to develop, edit and upload/manage video content.

• Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate or alternate Adobe tools for the creation of e-learning modules and Training interfaces for the purposes of the client’s and/or the onshore team’s training needs.
