KYMP – Kotak Youm Managers Program is a Kotak Group level Fast Track General Management Career Program for candidates selected from Top Management institutes in India. It is aimed at creating a pipeline of future leaders and accelerating their development by cross functional / Business stints.
The Program aims to provide at least 3 rotations in first 12 months within the same business unit.
