Management Trainee-HO & SUPPORT-Grievance Redressal

As a Management Trainee in the HO & SUPPORT-Grievance Redressal department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the bank's reputation. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with various departments to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about banking operations, customer service, and grievance management, while contributing to the bank's overall success.
  • Handle customer grievances and complaints, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and grievances.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of customer issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and minimize customer grievances.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to grievance redressal.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of customer grievances to management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in grievance handling.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on customer service and grievance management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer grievance resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Prior experience in customer service or banking operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is an asset.
