Role: Product Manager – Crop Loan

About Role: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of banking products such as loans, deposits, cards, and digital services. This role involves creating innovative solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic product development and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Development:

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop new banking products and enhance existing offerings based on market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess customer preferences, and stay updated on industry developments
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product features, pricing, and underwriting criteria.
• Continuously monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and drive improvements
• Ensure all product and processes comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Monitor mortgages portfolio’s performance in terms of Profitability , growth and risk metrics
• Provide support to sales channel to improve product understanding and drive business

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with sales, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to execute product strategies.
• Support training programs for frontline staff to improve product knowledge.

1. Customer-Centric Innovation:

• Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into product enhancements.
• Introduce features that improve convenience, security, and engagement.

 

Role: Product Manager – Gold Loan

The Product Manager – Gold Loan will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the gold loan product within the Retail Banking division. Based in Mumbai, this role involves product ideation, planning, and execution across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Risk, IT and Compliance to deliver a high-quality product experience and maintain portfolio health.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product ideation, conceptualization, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, based on customer requirements across various channels
• Derive actionable consumer insights to inform product development and strategy
• Collaborate with Risk teams to design products tailored to different customer segments and take proactive actions based on portfolio performance
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines and audit requirements
• Maintain the right product mix and ensure high portfolio quality
• Publishing various MISs to give insights to top management and driving business and proposing various contests to boost business
• Conduct competitor benchmark to track pricing, schemes and customer value propositions
• Incentive Calculations and driving various contests
• Manage Vendor Payouts
• Drive channel development initiatives to expand product reach and customer engagement
• Recommend improvements to product features and processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Track Industry trends, regulatory changes and competitors’ strategies to identify potential risk and opportunities
