Role: Management Trainee - Risk Analytics & Strategy

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Role offers AI/ ML Model development and Validation for different financial products
• Provide analytics at portfolio and segment levels for the purpose of monitoring, making policy adjustments, provide sound credit decisions with the ultimate goal of optimizing risk and rewards 
• Monitor and analyze the Loan portfolios continuously with a focus on growing and maintaining the healthy portfolios, with regular refinement of existing rules and policies 
• Suggest policy & process changes basis portfolio trends and market conditions 
• Responsible for the regular validation as well as new development of the portfolio score & segmentation models through collaboration with stakeholders from risk & analytics team 
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the company’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets
• Industry benchmarking on best practices in fraud/credit risk in the market
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules/regulations and adhering to company policy & ethics.

 

Requirement

• Must have excellent analytical ability and quantitative skills
• Good to have Excel/ Python/ SQL / PowerBI skills
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Must have excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to follow through on execution to deliver required results
• Must have the ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
