As a Management Trainee in SUPPORT SERVICES-HR-Colleague Services 360, you will be an integral part of our HR team, focusing on colleague services and employee experience. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about HR and keen to learn and grow within a dynamic banking environment.- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to enhance colleague engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Organize and execute employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for colleagues.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of colleague satisfaction.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify best practices in HR and colleague services.
- Prepare and present HR-related reports and insights to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR or colleague services role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and report generation.
- Familiarity with HR information systems and databases is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and best practices.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods or as required by the business.
