Manager – Data Science
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
Abbott Healthcare is looking for an experienced data scientist with proven track record of solutioning and delivering AI/ML solutions. The candidate should conduct and manage analysis and modelling as well as communicate results to the senior stakeholders.
•
Lead the design and development of advanced analytical and AI/ML solutions, transforming large data into meaningful business insights, as independent contributor or with junior team members
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business problems to frame the project outline; to leverage available data and systems to address the same
•
Build and present strong narratives based on insights and impact to the senior stakeholders on regular basis
•
Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the solution quality. Provide data and metrics compliant with the Business
•
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing support in developing their technical skills and career growth
Skills:
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions on AWS or Azure platform
• Strong programming skills and expertise in using SQL and Python for Data Science
• Hands-on experience in implementation of various statistical and machine learning algorithms as per the project requirement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment driving multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 6 years of demonstrated experience in developing and delivering AI/ML solutions
