Objective of the Role
As the Techno functional expert for SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM), you will support the digital transformation of our Commercial Finance landscape. Your goal is to secure business ownership of the CCM module to deliver pinpoint-accurate accruals, automated settlements, and a frictionless month-end close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Ownership: Own the end-to-end (E2E) Commercial Finance blueprint in SAP S/4HANA, converting RGM requirements into scalable, standard SAP system designs.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the functional implementation of CCM, ensuring the integrity of data flows from initial trade agreements through to financial posting and margin reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities for simplification and automation within the rebate and accrual lifecycle to reduce manual intervention.
  • Design Guardianship: Act as the gatekeeper for system standards, ensuring that custom requirements do not compromise the "Clean Core" strategy or E2E financial controls.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to monitor system health, settlement accuracy, and the impact of commercial activities on the P&L.
  • Change Management: Drive business adoption by translating technical system changes into clear business processes; develop training curriculum and lead workshops for Finance and Commercial teams.

  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage workstreams within a large-scale ERP implementation, meeting milestones under tight deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to "speak both languages"—Finance/Business and IT.
