Job Summary: We are looking for a senior Ivalua Consultant to join our internal team and support our company's own Ivalua projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the configuration and solution design of the Ivalua platform with strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and background in SAP MM. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring seamless procurement and sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Troubleshooting:

• Serve as the first point of contact for Ivalua-related support requests.
• Manage and resolve tickets in Jira by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to users located in Belgium, Germany, USA, India, France, Finland, Poland and potentially other countries.
• Escalate unresolved issues to AMS team (external partner) or Ivalua as necessary and follow up on progress.

• Configuration and solution design

• Configuration and design of the Ivalua platform tailored to our company's needs.
• Develop and maintain web services (SOAP, REST, APIs) and work with CSV, XML, and other business standard document types for internal use.

• Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with the SAP team to address integration-related issues.
• Coordinate with the AMS team for complex issues requiring deeper analysis.
• Liaise with Ivalua for critical system issues or software bugs.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
• Provide regular reports on ticket resolution status, trends, and recurring issues.
• Suggest improvements based on user feedback and issue patterns.

Ensure compliance with John Cockerill's policies and procedures in all support activities.
