Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management framework aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
Support the rollout of risk management protocols across all functions of the Asset Management Company (AMC), including investment, operations, compliance, and support teams.
Identify, assess, and monitor key risks—market, credit, liquidity, and concentration across mutual fund schemes. Recommend mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to internal risk thresholds.
Review scheme performance reports and attribution analysis to evaluate fund manager decisions and portfolio outcomes.
Evaluate risks associated with derivatives, structured instruments, and other complex exposures within MF portfolios.
Monitor operational risks across AMC functions including fund operations, settlements, registrar activities, HR, and regulatory compliance. Recommend process enhancements and control mechanisms.
Manage incident escalation protocols, root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure with robust preventive controls.
