Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

 

We are looking for a hands-on, Medior to Senior SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP MM processes (as well as the MM integration with the other SAP ERP modules) and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP MM module. This role requires collaboration with business users to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness and a strong transversality in the understanding of SAP ERP Modules and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of business requirements and the design of SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP MM module according to business specifications and potentially take responsibility on customizing the integration topics with the MM connected modules (FI, SD, PS, PP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, PS, PP).
• Support end-users through training and provide ongoing assistance for system-related inquiries.
• Conduct MM integrated module testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Engineering with relevant experience.
• 15-18 years of experience working with SAP MM (and connected modules such as FI, SD, PS, PP) on ECC mainly as John Cockerill is still on ECC for the next 2 years (S/4 go-live 01/2028)
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• An experience with SAP authorizations configuration (PFCG) is a plus.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
• International experience is mandatory as the Aurum team is part of a global SAP Customer Competence Center (Belgium- Maroc- India with Head located in Seraing, Belgium)
