Manager - Techno Procurement

Procurement & Contracts involving Tendering, cost estimation, vendor development, negotiations, Ordering.

To ensure adherence of the overall process in accordance with internal & external quality guidelines as well as maintaining requisite documents.

Liaisoning with Consultants, Vendors, Contractors, Sub-Contractors & External Agencies for determining technical specifications, project execution, supplies etc.

Proficiency in handling SAP, ARIBA, E-bidding, Reverse auction etc.

Key Result Areas: · Lead onboarding and finalisation of contractors across Civil, Finishing, MEP, Interior, and Infrastructure packages · 

Develop vendor base and drive strategic sourcing, RFP management, techno-commercial evaluation, and negotiations · 

Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring cost optimisation and timely contract closure · 

Handle issue resolution during execution to maintain operational efficiency · Drive commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing and contractual terms

Ensure compliance with procurement processes, legal standards, and governance frameworks ·

Prepare and manage NFAs, POs, WO/LOIs, and contract agreements · 

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (GCC, GCP, IE, user teams) for scope clarity and alignment ·

Manage vendor performance, evaluation, and relationship, ensuring timely and efficient delivery · Ensure adherence to timelines, process efficiency, and procurement KPI'S.

Ensure all stated service parameters agreed as per OMDA (for MIAL) and CA (for other Airports) as applicable.

BE (Civil) § PG will be added advantage
