Job Description

• Design and develop ‘Dash boards’ and ‘Reports’ for the Senior Business Managers,
• Data Management- managing & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system.
• Hands-on managing high volume data.
• Building macros in the current process which will bring efficiency in the team
• Worked in HR MIS Team and managing MIS for the current organization
• Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills are essential to produce multiple data reports and create scenario modelling and forecasting
• Highly analytical, data driven
