Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with packaged or software as a service applications.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges in automation processes.
- Knowledge of application release management and version control practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
