Portfolio & Performance - Project Manager-Team Leader

As a Portfolio & Performance Product delivery Team member within our dynamic team, you will be working on a broad spectrum of performance measurement, analytics and reporting solutions; collaborating with teams across regions to drive innovation, process enhancement and efficiency; and participating in firm-wide strategic business transformation projects for a complex and fast-growing business line
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on Big rock initiatives; Platform Modernization (PMOD) for multiple Platforms
- Work on the Quarterly Performance Reporting (QPR) a regulatory process, work with tech to raise issues, test and make sure the timelines are delivered
- Complete system UAT and E2E regression/performance testing and obtain phased sign offs according to the project schedule in collaboration with Client Review and Composites teams
- Manage go-live and post-production issues, ensuring zero critical defects post-launch and full migration by year-end.
- Support BAU and tech teams with operational issues, model changes, enhancements, and business priorities, achieving timely resolution and continuous platform improvement for internal system and Client Review
Monitoring data quality through validation controls and outlier investigation, working closely with operations, project and technology partners for timely resolution of identified data quality issues
- Establish a monthly schedule to review metrics, validate data accuracy, and compile findings into a comprehensive presentation
- Conduct regular reviews of Change Management forms, provide timely feedback to teams, and implement corrective actions as needed to address gaps
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Knowledge of Performance measurement and attribution methodologies
Understanding of the various businesses/products within the Wealth management space
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, third party consultants, auditors
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA board, LLM tools
