Process Analyst-Support Services-Consumer Risk

As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our consumer risk management strategies. Your primary focus will be to analyze and improve existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow, ultimately contributing to the bank's overall success.
  • Conduct thorough process analysis and identify areas of improvement.
  • Streamline and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans, ensuring alignment with risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement process changes.
  • Document and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process management and risk mitigation.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Proactively identify process risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in process analysis or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks and practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
