What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. Invoice Processing • Process vendor invoices (PO & Non-PO invoices) • Perform 2-way / 3-way matching (PO, invoice, GRN) • Handle invoice discrepancies and exceptions • 3. Vendor Payments • Prepare and process vendor payments (NEFT/RTGS/Wire) • Ensure timely payments as per due dates • Manage payment runs and approvals4. Reporting & Analysis • Prepare reports on: • Invoice processing • Payment status • Aging analysis • Track KPls and performance metrics
