What would you do? To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Payments and Payment run process. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes.
What are we looking for? Normal Payments & Payment Run:• Prepare and review payment proposals.• Process urgent/manual payments after required approvals.• Reconcile vendor balances post payment runs.• Support payment preparation and validation under supervision.2C collections• Check daily on incoming payments and apply cash manually• Request for query for remittance and issues• Prepare reports on Unidentified, Unapplied cash and other relevant report• Should know the importance of documentations in place and compliance towards it.• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines• Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor• In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
