As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital banking offerings. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market. You will work closely with the Regional Sales team to align product features with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify product opportunities and pain points.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, creating a clear roadmap for development.
- Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to ensure product features align with sales goals and customer expectations.
- Lead product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and gather analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our digital banking products.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and internal teams, to drive product success.
- Manage product documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product progress, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in digital banking or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, including roadmapping and user story creation.
- Knowledge of design thinking and user-centric design principles is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Passion for digital banking and a desire to drive innovation in the industry.
