• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for innovation.
