As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our MNC clients and translating those needs into successful product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless product development process. Your role will involve defining product roadmaps, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to create products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks to align with business goals.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product iterations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and present product roadmaps and updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for innovation.
