Product Manager-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Cash

Work on the UPI product to understand merchant and aggregator needs, drive value creation, and enhance UI/UX. Identify customer experience gaps, generate new ideas, streamline back-end processes for efficiency, handle product maintenance and issue resolution within defined TATs, and ensure compliance through PAC documentation and coordination with stakeholders as per NPCI and RBI guidelines.

  

Work on UPI product, understand merchant/aggregator needs and work on value creation and enhanced merchant experience (UI/UX).
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas. 
- The candidate is required to streamline back-end processes to bring efficiency.
- The candidate should also be involved in product maintenance activities to ensure minimum customer issues and also resolve issues within specified TAT's
- The candidate is required to maintain thorough PAC documentations and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance to all guidelines, NPCI and RBI circulars
- The Product management activities would be aimed at making the product relevant to a various segment of business eg. eCommerce, Broking Firms, Mutual Funds, NBFCs etc.
- Additionally, the candidate would be required to continuously work on enhancing success rate for UPI Transactions.
- Candidate needs to be proficient in project management skills and should be able to deal with multiple functional teams such Liaise with all stakeholder like Sales, Ops, BSG, ORM, IT, Audit etc to achieve product requirements

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

- Drive product launches, evaluate promotional plans, act as a product evangelist to build awareness

- Spot opportunities in the market to target companies/sectors, and sell suitable product offering for them 

• knowledge in UPI product with acquiring as added advantage
• 3-5 years of post MBA experience in UPI
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B-Tech and preferably MBA Degree
