As a Product Manager, you will be a key driver of the bank's trade finance product offerings. Your role will involve understanding market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices to develop and enhance products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for trade finance products.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
• Define product features, functionality, and user experience, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with technology teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance, gather analytics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and competitive advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
• Knowledge of trade finance products, processes, and regulations is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
