As a Product Strategy & Development Professional within our Global Liquidity team, you will shape the product roadmap by translating market, regulatory, and competitive insights into actionable initiatives and ensuring consistent execution across cross‑functional partners. You turn market, regulatory, and competitive insights into product roadmaps and growth initiatives, including enhancements to MORGAN MONEY which is the firm’s premier digital investing platform for Money Market funds. You own client materials, deliver industry and regulatory intelligence to senior leaders, build dashboards, automate processes, collaborate across teams, and ensure data quality while deepening money market expertise. You bring 1–3 years in asset or cash management, treasury, or tech with strong project management, proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Python, and MS Office, excellent communication, and ideally experience in dashboard automation and mutual funds or cash management.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and update client‑facing marketing materials aligned to firm standards for accuracy and clarity.
- Produce industry intelligence, competitor analysis, and regulatory updates for senior management.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to track performance, clients, and product opportunities.
- Automate and streamline reporting workflows, materials, and processes to improve scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze data for actionable insights (e.g., revenue analysis).
- Support the development and enhancement of the MORGAN MONEY digital investing platform.
- Translate market, regulatory, and competitive insights into product roadmap recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and reforms to identify strategic priorities and new initiatives.
- Prepare senior management reporting that synthesizes KPIs and strategic progress.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across materials, dashboards, and communications.
- Build domain expertise in money market and fixed income funds, cash management, and MORGAN MONEY.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 1 year experience in Asset Management, Cash Management, Treasury, or Technology with a project management focus.
- Self‑starter with demonstrated ownership of processes/projects and strong project management skills.
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed, cross‑functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Ability to automate and streamline reports and processes using Python.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; high technical and computer aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex topics concisely.
- Strong interest in technology and the asset management industry.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience building analytical dashboards or tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau).
- Hands‑on experience implementing automation solutions using Python.
- Experience in the mutual fund industry or cash management.
