Job Summary:
The role is responsible for analyzing statistical process control data collected from machine operators to monitor, identify, and sustain favorable trends in process and product quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent production standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze statistical control data to monitor process stability and product quality.
• Identify trends, deviations, and potential quality issues in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with process engineering and production teams to investigate root causes of quality concerns.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or minimize recurrence of issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to plant quality guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
• Diploma (2-year degree) with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR
• An equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and reporting skills
