Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure projects for key clients.
• Oversee the implementation and governance of ISO 27001 standards across infrastructure environments.
• Drive supplier and vendor relationship management, ensuring SLAs, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality reviews, risk assessments, and provide strategic mitigation planning.
• Interface with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive business reporting and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Champion OPEX initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support infrastructure governance, manage escalations, and provide strategic direction to delivery teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from the University of Mumbai or equivalent); PMP, Prince2, or ITIL certifications preferred.
• 25+ years of experience in program and project management, with deep expertise in infrastructure service delivery.
• Strong background in outsourcing/offshoring industries, with a focus on BFSI clients and enterprise environments.
