Description

The Program Manager-Affluent will be a key member of our Affluent-Service team, working closely with Service teams to manage customer escalations. This role is critical in ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently, especially when they require attention beyond standard support channels.. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's affluent customer segment and contribute to its overall success.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teams / synergy partners responsible for providing the solitaire funnel to drive the business
• Ensure all Asset First customers leads eligible for Solitaire are shared with the RMs for fulfillment and lead conversion
• Responsible to maintain the dashboard of all conversion of these asset linked clients.
• Drive the NTB business through the Affluent RMs taking continuous follow-ups on lead funnel shared by other teams like SME/ ILG/ Agri/ Corporate Salary and other cross functional teams.
• Allocate the Affluent RM as buddy managers and ensure the ground engagement between the teams
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate analysis and MIS reports to stakeholders and senior management updating the progress of business deliverables
• Explore from time to time any new funnel for NTB opportunities and provide the same to Affluent RM which would work as an opportunity pool.

• Guide and help the Affluent RMs in resolving the customer queries and concerns by liasing up with product / process/ BSG ensuring the resolution of customer concern within TAT

   

Qualifications

• A bachelor's / post graduation degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders is required
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and attention to detailing is required.
• A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
