Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans to meet evolving project needs while maintaining focus on achieving the desired business results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communications effectively across diverse groups.
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Skilled in resource planning and allocation to optimize project outcomes.
- Competence in tracking project performance metrics and reporting progress.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
