Job Title: Project & Change Analyst

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

  • You will be joining the Corporate Bank Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) Projects & Processes team. The Projects and Processes team is a global function which will be responsible for driving transformation, continuous improvement, risk remediation and talent and knowledge management across RTM.
  • You will work with Management across Corporate Bank and partners to address top priorities by driving collaborative thinking and strategic change. Together with the project teams, you will lead and execute high impact initiatives, in partnership with stakeholders globally.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support key global initiatives for the Corporate Bank RTM team by assisting with analysis, reporting, and coordination activities.
  • Conduct multiple data analyses using Excel/MIS tools, organize findings logically, and help draft recommendations for the team.
  • Prepare clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and status summaries for internal stakeholders, including working-level and senior management forums.
  • Contribute to research and preparation of best practices to support the ongoing development of the RTM function.
  • Work with teams across RTM, CB Products, Technology, and Operations to help track and deliver priority tasks.
  • Build effective working relationships across teams, seeking guidance where needed and supporting knowledge‑sharing with junior team members.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong command of Excel, MIS reporting, and analytical techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and business presentation skills, capable of creating clear, impactful executive-level decks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders across levels.
  • Keeps client needs in mind while supporting day‑to‑day tasks and deliverables.
  • Demonstrates a logical approach to problem‑solving with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a structured manner even under time pressure.
  • Pays strong attention to detail, helping identify issues and support basic troubleshooting.
  • Builds positive working relationships and collaborates effectively within global or virtual team environments.
  • Works well as a team player, contributing proactively and supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Exposure to PMO activities such as tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with different teams.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Banking products and processes; experience in Banking & Financial Services is an added advantage.
