The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress, monitor deliverables, and support the overall success of the program or project through diligent planning and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
