Project Coordinator
- Background: Bachelors in Engineering or Bachelors in Technology - Elex / Electrical engineering with basic knowledge of project management
- Able to comprehend Bill of Material (BoM), Test Instructions, Wiring diagram, Drawings, Specifications, QAP/QCP & ATP.
- Prepare statement of Requirement.
- Prepare Purchase and Sub-contracting requests.
- Coordinate and expedite tasks with supplier(s) and various internal functions like Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Stores, etc.
- Able to prepare project schedule, as required, in MS Project
- Hands-on experience on PLM, ERP-LN and Concerto.
- Hand-on experience in MS Office - Excel, Word & presentation.
- Prepare status reports and review presentation(s).
- Good English written & communication skills.
- Willing to travel to suppliers' locations in India, as per project requirement
