Civil Project Manager - Elevated Metro Construction

Project Manager (Civil)

1) Candidate shall have experience in handling overall responsibilties for similar large scale construction projects (Elevated Metros).

2) Candidate must have project management experience and should understand the risks and challenges associated with Metro Projects.

3) Candidate shall have good knowledge about Viaduct construction activities like Pile, Pilecap, Pier, Piercap, Casting of U Girder, I Girder, Piercaps etc and Erection.

4) Candidate shall have good knowledge about Elevated Metro Station construction activities involving Structural, Architectural, Finishing and MEP works.

5) The candidate will work with senior management and act as the single point of contact for clients.

6) Candidate will be responsible for Project progress, profitability, cost, quality and safety.

7) The Candidate shall determine the resources required from beginning to end while keeping in mind budgetary constraints and will plan all construction operations and arrange adequate milestones to keep track so as to achieve all deadlines.
