Educational Qualification : Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University

Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting reviews, and collaborating on global QA initiatives and processes. Your role will involve ensuring high standards of quality across projects and teams, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead quality assurance efforts within the organization
- Implement and maintain quality processes
- Conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM)
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles
- Experience in developing and implementing quality processes
- Knowledge of quality management tools and techniques

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM)
- This position is based at our Mumbai office
- Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University
