Job Description
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-focused Hotel Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate should be able to handle staff coordination, customer interaction, and smooth restaurant/hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise floor staff and daily operations
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Take care of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Handle billing support and table management
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
- Train and guide service staff when required
