RM - Leasing - Employee Car leasing-Sales-Mumbai - Goregaon E - JM
1 Client Engagement and Portfolio Growth:
2 Actively engage with clients in the Employee Car Leasing (ECL) segment to understand their leasing needs and preferences.
3 Support the Area Sales Manager in implementing strategies for portfolio growth within the designated region.
4 New Business Development:
5 Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Employee Car Leasing Perks Programs.
6 Contribute to the development of relationships with potential clients and assist in building connections with Corporates and MNCs in the region.
7 Customer Relationship Management:
8 Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with leasing solutions.
9 Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to maintain strong relationships with key clients, Car OEMs, and Dealer organizations in the region.
10 Networking and Market Awareness:
11 Build and expand a network within the corporate landscape, actively participating in industry events and engaging with key stakeholders.
12 Stay informed about market trends and contribute to market intelligence efforts within the team.
13 Lead Generation:
14 Contribute to the development of scoping plans for Corporates and MNCs to generate leads effectively.
15 Work with the team to implement lead generation activities, supporting sales growth initiatives.
16 Team Collaboration:
17 Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support in optimizing team productivity.
18 Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills related to sales effectiveness, presentation, and relationship building.
Qualifications -
Minimum Degree: Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
