Job Title: Sales Coverage Support Analyst, AS

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

• The role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of limit check requests in db Limits Pending Queue for corporate clients’ Documentary Trade Portfolio including but not limited to, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit and Transaction-Based Finance
• Handling documentation of limit check performed
• Managing stakeholder interactions e.g., liaising with internal divisions
• Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Adhering and maintaining to the defined limit check process and performing required reporting requirements

Your key responsibilities

• Track transactions received in pending queue daily
• Perform credit limit check as per defined standard
• Review the queue and provide status update to stakeholders
• Manage urgent request and ensure completion.
• Document any exception ensuring that all SLA’s defined with the Business on timeliness and quality are adhered
• Maintain supporting document for the process
• Prepare report and analysis of transactions not getting process through direct limit check and reflecting in pending queue

Your skills and experience

• Degree from a recognized university
• Basic MS office knowledge
• Proven organizational skills and attention to details
• A self –motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
• Confident, and enjoy working in a performance driven culture
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in fast pace, community environment
• A team player, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
