Sales Manager - PV Finance - Car Finance - Mumbai - AFL House - JM

Role Purpose: Drive business loan acquisition and portfolio growth through sourcing networks within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and channel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
  • Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and disbursement productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
  • Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and partner engagement.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Drive portfolio quality and control delinquency within the assigned geography.
