Secretary-Commercial Vehicle (CV)-Retail-Business Head
JD :
Role & responsibilities :
- Manage the Business Heads calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of the Business Head.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Business Head and internal teams or external partners.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in compiling business reports, MIS, and presentations for reviews.
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.
- Plan and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense claims
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a specialization in Administration or Secretarial Practice).
