•       Discussions/ meetings around dispute resolution strategy and contentious legal issues with the Firm's team including training personnel

•       Participate/ lead /assist in client interactions and process documentation

•       Review of judicial precedents and discussions, meetings with the Firm's team

•       Preparation of client or internal deliverables/ reports as assigned

•       Preparation and review of deliverables / documents as assigned and provide comments

•       Advisory on queries posed by Firm’s members/ employees

•       Representation before adjudicating authorities/ appeallate authorities

•       Short travels to location within and outside of India as per need for representation services

•       Assist in connect with any local market contacts or existing / new solution opportunities

•       Any other support required from time to time aligned with the skills and expertise and requirements of the practice/client
