Job Description

Support the day-to-day operational processing of syndicated loan transactions including drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers, rate resets, and interest payments.

Review and validate loan notices, funding memos, and related documentation received from agents and counterparties.

Ensure loan transactions are accurately recorded and processed within the SS&C Loans platform and downstream systems.

Monitor loan lifecycle events and ensure timely execution to meet client and operational deadlines.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between agent notices and system calculations where required.

Coordinate with internal teams such as accounting, technology, and client service teams to resolve operational issues.

Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all processed transactions.

Support reconciliation activities and ensure that loan positions, interest amounts, and related data are accurate.

Assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements where applicable.

Provide support during month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles as needed.
