Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• Strong understanding of financial due diligence concepts, including analysis of historical and current financial performance. Ability to assess revenue, profitability, working capital, and cash flow trends from financial statements. Proficient in preparing structured analyses, financial models, and transaction support deliverables. Experience in interpreting accounting records and identifying key financial adjustments and quality-of-earnings considerations. Sound knowledge of consulting methodologies and transaction-focused analysis within a diligence environment.
