Job Description

• 2 - 7 years in Transfer Agency with hands-on experience in NAV, custodian activities, and transaction processing

• Should be willing to work from office (5 days/week) in night shift (7 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Process mutual fund transactions (purchases, redemptions, account setup, maintenance) with high accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

• Perform NAV-related activities and coordinate with custodians to ensure timely and accurate fund operations.

• Review and validate transactions, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues as required.

• Handle queries from clients, advisors, and stakeholders; resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Maintain strong attention to detail, meet productivity/quality targets, and support continuous process improvements
