- Must have relevant experience of 2 to 9 years as Big Data Engineer or similar role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Scala programming and SQL
- Experience in designing, modifying, and implementing solutions for ingesting, provisioning, and processing data in Hadoop Data Lake for batch and streaming workloads using Scala & Apache Spark
- Experience in debugging, optimization & performance tuning of Spark jobs.
- Able to translate functional requirements / user-stories into technical solutions.
- Good experience in developing and debugging complex SQL queries to derive business critical insights
