Jai has been selected for the role of Techno‑Functional Consultant (5 years of experience) based on his strong experience in business requirements gathering, functional documentation, and techno‑functional delivery support. He has demonstrated proficiency in preparing high‑quality BRD and FRD/FRS documents, leading stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements, and effectively acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. He brings a solid understanding of technology domains and has experience supporting solution design reviews, ensuring requirement traceability, and assisting with UAT planning, execution coordination, and defect triage. His skill set and functional clarity align well with project needs, making him a strong fit for this role.
