Key Responsibilities
Provide firstlevel technical support for hardware software and network issues
Log categorize prioritize and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Handle user requests related to password resets account unlocks software installation and access management
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS Office 365 Outlook Teams VPN and printers
Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams
Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and ticket resolution targets
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline BTech BCA BE BSc MCA preferred
