Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the brand positioning of MIAL and NMIAL.
• Create and manage an annual airport marketing calendar benchmarked against leading global airports and premium retail destinations.
• Plan and execute high-impact ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Drive initiatives that enhance passenger engagement, footfall, and customer experience.

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Build strong relationships with leading brands, agencies, media partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new brand partners to create differentiated airport experiences and revenue opportunities.
• Develop co-marketing partnerships, sponsorship programs, and strategic collaborations.
• Secure marquee sponsorships and monetization opportunities across airport assets, events, and campaigns.

Experiential Marketing & Activations

• Conceptualize and deliver large-scale activations, brand experiences, promotional events, and customer engagement programs.
• Collaborate with retail, F&B, duty-free, lounges, and commercial partners to create impactful experiences.
• Introduce innovative campaigns and events that enhance airport visibility and passenger satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management & Performance

• Manage relationships with agencies, creative partners, event companies, and key stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance, sponsorship revenues, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Present periodic reviews and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualification

• MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, sponsorships, ATL/BTL campaigns, experiential marketing, and consumer engagement.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale campaigns and high-visibility brand activations.
• Strong network across consumer brands, marketing teams, agencies, and industry partners.
• Experience in airports, retail, malls, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, travel, or consumer-facing businesses preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and drive revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the consumer brand landscape and emerging marketing trends.
