Senior Manager - Projects & Operations
Operations Manager with a passion for operations management for a large site manpower setup, and client management, with hands on expertise to lead various operations & site teams of Construction business vertical. Candidates should possess good knowledge of end-to-end operations of manpower intensive projects sites along with superior client management, leadership, and written / verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Regional Operations Head / GM to ensure seamless operations of multiple sites meeting required performance metrics through high quality processes for Blue-collar/Grey-Collar manpower management of respective sites, along with client activities related to sourcing, mobilization, deployment and manpower supply services for profitable operations.
Responsible for P&L of the projects, with end to end management of site operations across multiple sites starting from project takeover to manpower sourcing, manpower mobilization, productivity planning, productivity tracking, monitoring of site executison, timely sign off from client, billing certifications, collections and timely handover to client by obtaining NOC which requires meticulous client and people management skills.
To lead the Site teams for monitoring & supervision at respective sites with periodic progress reviews for improvements, to ensure that operations are managed and processes are implemented as per guidelines wrt. SOP, quality standards and schedules
To lead and coordinate for technical guidance on site and resolving all critical issues and be the single point for coordination with all the functions internally.
Developing the projects & site teams which understands that the organization’s profits and achievements must be reflected in all its operations and activities– including client & vendor relationships and risk management
Bring in New sales and additional requirements from existing customers to boost the business.
To prepare the procurement plans wrt requirement along with detailed scope of work/specifications and selection of vendors and sub-vendors as per process and policies
Structuring and processing of Legal & Commercial Documents for Review, Approval & Sign off
Other duties and tasks as assigned as per requirement of the management
