Purpose: 

Lead Safety role at Adani in Navi Mumbai within the Real Estate industry is a crucial position that requires a seasoned safety professional with 10-12 years of experience. As a part of the Adani family, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors across our real estate projects in Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities of Role:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and Adani standards.
• · Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• · Provide safety training and inductions to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety awareness.
• · Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• · Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into project planning and execution.
• · Maintain accurate safety records and reports for internal and external use.
• · Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Safety field within the Real Estate industry.
• Precast Builiding experience is must
• Demonstrated track record of implementing and managing safety programs and initiatives.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
